Our rebuild service is designed specifically for C6 Corvette regulators and focuses on replacing the components that most commonly fail, the internal steel cables and regulator drive gear, while still preserving the original factory assembly.
Each rebuild uses a combination of OEM components and OEM-quality replacement parts. For parts no longer available from GM, we install high-quality replacements engineered to match OEM standards.

After placing your order, securely package your regulator to prevent damage in transit, taking extra care to protect the window motor; we recommend shipping via UPS, with the customer covering shipping to us and we cover the return shipping cost.
To ensure a proper rebuild, the regulator must be sent intact with the following original components:
Window motor
Regulator gear holder
Regulator rails
Window Clamps
Complete original assembly
The unit must also be rebuildable. If any components other than the cables or regulator gear are broken or missing, rebuilding may not be possible.
